This project demonstrates a hybrid workflow combining AI-generated model imagery with precise retouching and compositing.
The model and poses were created using a consistent AI character reference, while the watch itself was re-generated separately from close-up extracts and composited back manually to ensure accurate details, materials, and proportions.
Since AI often struggles with product accuracy, the final images required detailed retouching and careful matching of lighting and reflections.
This approach allows for fast creation of lifestyle visuals while maintaining full control over product quality.
