Client: Modivo
Project Summary: High-volume fashion e-commerce retouching
Freelance collaboration with Modivo during their seasonal peak, when the volume of new product deliveries from partner brands was at its highest. I supported their internal team by handling a significant portion of the daily retouching workload, delivering up to 600 high-quality images per day together with one of the trusted retouchers I regularly team up with (approximately 300 images per person).
To manage the volume efficiently, I implemented a streamlined Photoshop workflow using custom scripts, advanced actions, and selective AI-based tools for repetitive tasks. All critical adjustments were performed manually to ensure a polished and natural result.

Scope of Work:
• Consistent cropping and margin alignment based on product type and internal brand guidelines
• Background color matching to brand specs while preserving natural shadows
• Color and exposure correction across all views to ensure consistency within product sets
• Skin retouching and tone correction with realistic texture retention
• Subtle body shaping for improved garment presentation
• Clothing cleanup: removing dust, loose threads, wrinkles, and repairing minor flaws
• File naming and category-based asset organization

This project required a strong balance of speed, consistency, and a sharp eye for visual detail.
