This project started as a set of unused product photos.
To explore a more editorial direction, I developed a series of model-based visuals using AI-generated poses built from a consistent character reference. The main challenge was maintaining product accuracy, as AI tends to distort details, proportions, and materials.
To achieve a realistic result, I reconstructed the watch using high-resolution close-ups generations, manual compositing, and detailed retouching in Photoshop. Each image combines AI-generated base with precise product integration and detail refinement.
The final result is a hybrid workflow - using AI for direction and composition, and traditional retouching to ensure accuracy and production quality.
